If you told this kid a 15 years ago after his first ever stage that he would move around the world, that his dream of making music will continue no matter the adventure of life and that he would be discovering a whole new world, with a lot of inspiring people, I’m not sure he would have believed you. But in the end, does it matter? Is this about the destination or about the journey?
15 years ago, I felt like rocking my guitar in my band was everything. It was my destiny and it was my dream. Being like Mark Hoppus in blink-182, touring the world and be a f**kin rockstar. Years later, I can tell it didn’t happen this way. Band split up, studies, moves around Europe, other goals and passions and learning to make music by myself while being a a guy in marketing. The point is I never gave up. I never wanted to admit defeat to this dream of mine. And today marks another milestones on this path of just not giving up. I reached 13K monthly listeners. When starting hape. in 2021, I didn’t have a lot of support and remembered every streams and listeners while looking at the app to see if some people I didn’t had a listen to my music. Today with all the people listening to my music, I could fill a Zenith in Paris 2 nights in a row. Damn this is incredible. I’m so thankful. Thankful for all the people that listened to my music, for all the people I met along the way, and to all the people that support me and my project.
