I have finished the cow parsley just in time it seems to be going over very quickly. I have painted it before and remembered how long all the small leaves took to paint. This time I decided to paint the lower leaves before the flowers came out. Very pleased I was one step ahead!
Julian Warrender and myself are all set up for the Rosa Botanical Art Fair this bank holiday weekend. At West Dean, near Chichester. Such a wonderful varied exhibition.in beautiful surroundings. I do hope you can visit if you are in the neighbourhood. .artfair

I am so looking forward to taking a workshop in the beautiful Monks House garden, Rodmell. I popped in last week the garden is looking amazing with so much colour. The workshop is on the 20th May, there will be a choice of flowers to paint and lots of time to just enjoy being in the garden all details about booking are above.

This hydrangea is part of a painting that is going to be exhibited at Sullington Manor farm the Old Workshop. I am going to be at the barn all day on the 25th April, it would be lovely to see you if you are in the neighbourhood.
The exhibition runs from the 23rd April - 3rd May from 10am - 4pm. Other artists exhibiting are Carolyn Bruford- Sculpture,
