At APA, our team of dedicated volunteers, along with founders Engr. Jonna Marie Rilloraza Carig, Aprilyn Belgica, and Maria Socorro S. Vizcaino, work around the clock to provide a safe haven for these deserving animals. We operate as a shelter, adoption center, sanctuary, rescue, and rehabilitation facility, where each rescued soul receives the love, care, and medical attention they urgently need.
