Life can feel fast, heavy, overwhelming sometimes… and we forget we’re allowed to pause and just… be.

So if you want, take 5–10 minutes with me now.

No perfect space needed. Just you.

Close your eyes for a moment…
and just breathe slowly.

In… and out…

Again…

Now imagine a soft light above your head…
not forced, not bright… just gentle and warm.

And let it slowly come down through your body…
like it knows exactly where to go.

Through your head… your chest… your belly…
all the way down into your feet.

Pause here for a moment.

Breathe.

Now imagine that same energy turning into roots 🌱
growing from your feet… down into the earth.

Strong… steady… grounding you in a way that feels safe.

Just breathe here for a few moments.

Let yourself be held.

And when you’re ready…
feel that energy slowly coming back up through your body…
bringing you back into yourself… into your centre.

And then gently reconnecting you again to that light above you.

So you’re held from above… and supported from below.

And you… right in the middle… safe… steady… here.

Take a moment after this… don’t rush it.

Notice how your body feels. Even small shifts matter.

✨ The word “Chosen” ✨

I personally don’t really resonate with the idea of being “chosen”. Or ever use this term.And if I'm honest I feel it's miasguiding people from the real essence of this work.

To me, everyone is chosen/Special in their own way.
Being psychic, a healer, a spiritual practitioner — or anything else in life — doesn’t make anyone more special than someone who bakes bread, cares for children, cleans homes, builds, teaches, or simply tries their best to get through the day.

We are all walking our own path, with our own purpose and journey. Different roles, different expressions… but the same value.

No one is above anyone else. No one is more important in the eyes of life, spirit, or existence.

We are all simply here, each contributing something to the whole in our own unique way.

And that, to me, is what makes life sacred.
