We had the pleasure of welcoming welding master students from WIFI Oberösterreich for an immersive experience focused on orbital welding technologies, automation and advanced TIG solutions.
From live demonstrations to technical discussions, the visit was a great opportunity to exchange knowledge and showcase how innovation, precision and productivity are shaping the future of welding industries.

New Partnership – Expanding in Eastern Europe

To mark the beginning of this collaboration, we were delighted to welcome the ASKOZVAR team from Košice to Polysoude Austria. This visit was a great opportunity to share our know-how, present our technologies and expertise and strengthen our partnership through valuable technical exchanges.

TIG cladding - redefined through dual-arc performance.
(Re)discover TIGer, the bi-cathode TIG process developed by POLYSOUDE to combine productivity and weld quality in demanding cladding applications.
By using two tungsten electrodes in tandem, TIGer creates two arcs that merge into a single, stable heat source, increasing deposition rate and travel speed while maintaining control.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀:
▪ Higher cladding speeds (up to 1200–1500 mm/min) with deposition rates up to 6.0 kg/h
▪ Reduced arc pressure for controlled dilution and lower power and gas consumption
▪ Suitable for horizontal and vertical applications, inside or outside components
▪ Weld quality comparable to traditional TIG (GTAW)
