So happy to see that Le Pois Penché in Montreal were inspired by the kitchen notebook that gave force to Plum Lyon.

A couple of months ago, our chef, Josserand Valiquette, took a culinary trip to Lyon. You may sample his quenelles Lyonnaises coated in Canadian lobster bisque this week for lunch. Light and airy like a Provence summer breeze, we believe these quenelles would make Mme. Vanel (French food blogger, author, and photographer) proud.
