In the frame of the Industrial project for investigation of cheese off-taste in French fries. The microbial analysis of water and fries samples has been done by M1 FoodTech students at ISA. Work is in progress for further steps!

"As part of our courses at ISA, we make sure to relate the theoretical part with the practical.
Divided into different teams, students are being challenged to develop a new recipe of chicken ham. Results of the new recipe must follow the “Clean Label” idea. This is part of the product development concept in industries.
Team spirit and enthusiasm is certainly required for this mission!
