We believe there are people out there who connect with what Anwesend is and who are ready to take it forward.

We’re looking for people who can imagine stepping in, whether that means:
• acquiring the whole property
• or becoming part of a shared vision: purchasing a share of the property and co-owning the place with others, while shaping a sustainable usage concept together

We invite you to FRÜHJAHRSPUTZ 2026 🧹🪣
From 25 March to 2 April, we would like to bring Anwesend back up to scratch. That means clearing out, cleaning up and gardening 🌿
Because it’s more fun together, we invite you to join! ✨
We will cover all costs for accommodation and meals. And in the evenings, we want to have a nice and cosy time together with good food, movie nights, sauna, campfires, etc. 💜

Villa Cassis / Summer at Anwesend

The Villa Cassis is an over 200 year old mansion which we use to accommodate people, for example when we organise events or when you want to have a nice time with your loved ones.

It’s worth booking it in groups of 10 or more people (depending on how you want to set the standard, it can also accommodate many more people + Camping)
If you would like to get together e.g. for a weekend with friends, family, with your collective or colleagues, please contact us

PS: This summer might be the last time it will be possible to come by and enjoy Anwesend as we have made the decision to sell the place.

Art / residencies
The support of art and culture is so important for us. That’s why we are always happy to welcome artists who want to be at Anwesend to create or develop their art. If you have a project in mind that you’ve always wanted to realise, why not give it a try? Possibly it will be the last season where we will be able to offer this in France. So if it matches, we will be extra happy to support you.
