🍽: Corn & Goat Gouda Quiche with Bacon Vinaigrette ($24) — the whole menu is full of homey-sounding dishes but elevated. This quiche just melted in the mouth!
🥂: NV Agrapart 7 Crus Brut ($166) — very thoughtful list with excellent selections at a range of price points, organized by “easy drinking”, “classic”, & “out to sea” (I.e. more adventurous choices)
🏠: Blend of historic and modern, you want to relax all day but you also feel fancy 😉
