Twice a year satellite channels get affected by a Sun Outage. The next Sun Outage to affect Fiji will commence from today and throughout March from 12PM – 2PM on most days. A Sun Outage occurs when the sun comes into direct line with the broadcasting satellite and the antenna on the ground. The sun’s rays then overwhelm the signal that is broadcasted. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.
