ONE STEP AT A TIME
Rewa survived a strong challenge from a powerful and impressive Northern Bulls side, in a tryless encounter yesterday at Burebasaga. The exciting match which ended in a 9-6 scoreline had supporters on their feet throughout the game. The Naitasiri side missed a kickable penalty in the final minute after opting to run the ball from kickable positions, on few other occasions earlier in the game.

So … Rewa, we live to fight another day. Rewa thanks the Northern Bulls team and officials for a powerful and competitive game worthy of the support of our peoples. The people of Wainimala, supporters of Northern Bulls should be proud of their team.

Our young side learnt heaps from the encounter as we are now scheduled to meet Vatukoula next weekend. Results of other games played yesterday are attached. Vatukoula comfortably beat Coastland (formerly Nanukuloa) 35-19 at Theodore Park.

The ground is set for the Viti Levu Vanua Elimination competition today at the Burebasaga District School ground at 3.00pm. The FMF REWA RUGBY clash with the strong NORTHERN BULLS side from Naitasiri.
