NEW MORTUARY AT TAVUA HOSPITAL

The Ministry of Health & Medical Services - Fiji is pleased to announce that the new 6-berth mortuary at Tavua Hospital has been completed and is now fully operational.

This important infrastructure project, fully funded by the Ministry of Health and Medical Services, will significantly strengthen mortuary services for the people of Tavua, Ra, and parts of Ba, ensuring families have access to more dignified and timely services closer to home.

On behalf of the Ministry, I sincerely thank the people of Tavua, Ra, and Ba for their patience, understanding, and continued support throughout the construction period. Your cooperation has been greatly appreciated.

This achievement reflects the Coalition Government's commitment to strengthening Fiji's health infrastructure and ensuring that essential services are accessible to every community.
