In this design, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge, kitchen and a dining area. This arrangement can vary depending on how our client wants the house to look like. In such a house, a small family can live com-fortably.

We give young Fijians an equal opportunity to own their very first home.

For Fijians whose household income is $50,000 or less, are eligible for $30,000 to build their first home and $15,000 to buy their first home.

For young Fijians whose household income is above $50,000 annually, are eligible for $20,000 to build their first home and $5,000 to buy their first home.
