✨𝐊𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐁 𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐍 𝐁𝐔𝐋𝐆𝐎𝐆𝐈✨

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 500g Country Kitchen Lamb Chicken Mince
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chilli paste)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 small carrot, julienned (for garnish)
- Lettuce leaves (for serving)
- 1 cup Fielders Long Grain Rice (cooked)

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1. Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, gochujang, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir well to combine into a smooth marinade.
2. Marinate the Lamb Chicken Mince:
Add the Country Kitchen Lamb Chicken Mince to the marinade and mix thoroughly to coat the meat evenly. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavour.
3. Cook the Rice:
- Cook 1 cup of Fielders Long Grain Rice according to the package instructions. Set aside.
4. Cook the Bulgogi:
Heat a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated lamb chicken mince to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is fully cooked and browned (about 7-8 minutes).
5. Finish the Dish:
Once the mince is cooked, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Stir well.
6. Serve:
Serve the Korean Lamb Chicken Bulgogi over a bed of Fielders Long Grain Rice or in lettuce wraps for a fresh option. Garnish with julienned carrots and extra green onions if desired.
