Hon Alvick Maharaj just did it again, exposing that economy under Biman as Finance minister was in deep s**t with capex to opex ratio being 18 : 82. Finance minister while responding agreed that capital project is needed to have a sustainable development of the economy, and not what NFP thought that by distributing money economy would grow. This one simple Yes as answer form new minister of Finance show that even Rabuka knew that Biman has messed the economy, and needed to be kicked out. It's something Hon Maharaj has been very vocal that we need capital funding to increase, but NFP leadership in his Ego never listened, now sit on the bench and watch.
