It was a privilege and an honor to be invited to the Police Academy in Rio de Janeiro (ACADEPOL) to speak and train police recruits as they undergo their recruit training.

I extend my best wishes to all the recruits for the successful completion of the remainder of the course. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Leandro, Ticom and the entire Police Academy staff for their kind invitation and generous hospitality.
