Good evening, our client is a busy Restaurant in Suva, currently looking for talented candidates to fill the following roles:
Qualified Pastry Chef: Must have solid working knowledge and be able to make a broad selection of pastries, classic desserts, and cakes. You must have passion for presentation and dedication to delivering flavor. Attention to detail a must as well as capable of working unsupervised.
Chef de Partie: Previous experience in producing quality meals a must, able to use local produce, hands on. You are a team player who is able to support management team with a positive outgoing attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Kitchen hand: Similar experience in the hospitality or service industry. The right candidate should be familiar with cleaning processes and Food Safety. Must have great attitude towards learning and working with small team.
Bar tender: Must have previous experience in cocktail making, beer line systems, local and imported beers and wines. Outgoing attitude, impeccable presentation, and well spoken.
To be successful in any of these roles, you will have unlimited work rights in Fiji, and able to work nights and weekends.
