Nextfour Group

The Nextfour team tried different sports during the fall, and badminton was next on the list. The team got excited about it, and now they play it weekly. 💪

The team started a newly updated development discussion process in spring. We went through lessons learned and feedback that we received from team members.

Training is important for employees; they want to improve their skills and knowledge. Therefore, listening is the key. Employees are professionals, and the best understanding of work comes from them.

Chilling out and having fun 😎 The Nextfour team spent a Friday evening together enjoying delicious food made by an N4 chef Adrian Staskiewicz who served three different Polish soups. After the tasting, the team played some games and had fun!

Our N4 team tried orienteering and had a lot of fun! We found our way through the forest to the final destination: enjoying the sauna and swimming in a lake. Good times with colleagues!

We test different sports events together. The only thing one needs is a hint of curiosity 😉 Let's see what we try out next!
