Antaumuksellinen, käsityönä tehty ruoka ja lämmin palvelu ovat tuoneet meille Michelin-tähden jo 18 vuodeksi peräkkäin. Ravintola Demo vakiinnutti paikkansa Suomen, Pohjoismaiden ja Maailman huippuravintoloiden joukkoon, kun se sai ensimmäisen Michelin- tähtensä vuonna 2007, vain neljä vuotta avaamisen jälkeen. Ravintola Demo luottaa skandinaaviseen tyyliin, käyttäen klassisen ranskalaisen keittiö

Twenty in a row. Who's counting? (We are.)
Restaurant Demo has been awarded a Star in the MICHELIN Guide 2026, number twenty in a row since 2007. Pretty wild when you say it out loud.
Huge thanks to the team in the kitchen, the team in the dining room, and everyone who's pulled up a chair with us along the way. Back at it tomorrow.
The Michelin Gala is just around the corner, next week. This year would mark 20 in a row for us, since that first star back in 2007. Twenty years of long evenings, sharp knives, and a team that keeps showing up for it. We don't know yet. But we'll be there, fingers crossed.
