Exercise can be beneficial for us all, but too much of it can also be harmful.
But what is too much?
That is when you push your body beyond it's capacity.
The thing is... the majority of us also dont realize the limitations or the capacity of our own bodies.
Because of this, many either injured themselves or overtrained, resulting in adrenal fatigue.
Or
They eventually become demotivated due to undertraining and lack of physical progress.
Both may result in stopping physical actictivity.
Which is sad for me to see when it happens to people.
So find out what your body's capacity is and work around it! That is where your body will learn to adapt and gain strength.
For sure, youve heard this a thousand times.
"Push yourself to the limit!"
Yes! Push it!!
BUT! Let your limit to be within your capacity! Because eventually when you do it this way, your capacity will grow, and you can see a sustainable progress.
Our bodies have their own intelligence, all we can do is to create an environments for our bodies to thrive towards health.

Since the opening of Elontila, I have witnessed beautiful moments in the space,
the way people move around the space, form a connections, express themselves, and explore ways to use their body to take a flight, to spiral down to the ground, to roll around and provide support for one another.
I couldnt describe my amazement😯... So I just appreciated seeing the organic art of movements.
We are appreciative of everyone who came.🙏🏻🩵
The way I see it, Elontila is the space for everyone that wants to explore, experiment and experience what it's like to be in a space where you can freely express yourself through movement, which is what I prefer to call DANCE.
Here you can dance till your MIND🤯 drops, when that happens, sharing your being takes on a new meaning.
And
thats when the real celebration happens🥳
