Do you know anything about Sichuan pepper? It brings numbness to your tongue. It's the the best friend with chili, which together are the most famous symbol of Sichuan food(southern Chinese food). We want to bring this flavor to helsinki. So don't be surprised if you can't feel your tongue after our chicken salad and slow-cooked Sichuan beef😆.
