Avotuli nostaa jokaisen raaka-aineen seuraavalle tasolle, syventäen ja korostaen niiden luonnostaan upeita ominaisuuksia. Brasan avotuli roihuaa Helsingin sydämessä Torikortteleissa, Senaatintorin laidalla. Brasan baari palvelee niin ruokailijoita, kuin juomaa etsiviä vieraita. Ravintolaan pääsee sisään kahdesta ovesta, suoraan Aleksanterinkadulta sekä Brasan saleista korttelin sisäpuolelta.

Spring’s final tuna arrives at Brasa this Thursday 28.5.
A responsibly sourced tuna, handled in-house from the first cut to the last. Served as a special menu for a limited time and until sold out.
Expect a lot of fish moving through the kitchen at the end of the week.🐟

Still time to explore the current menu at Brasa.
A new menu is out soon, which means these dishes still have a little time left on the table before the next season takes over.

First up at Brasa’s BBQ Takeover series, Mikko Pakola, Head Chef of Olo, takes over the outdoor grill on 5.6.
