Happy World Autism Awareness Day! 🧩✨
Today, we celebrate neurodiversity with the United Nations under the theme "Autism and Humanity – Every Life Has Value", highlighting the dignity, equal rights, and value of every neurodivergent individual.
This day holds special significance for us; it is part of our story. Our journey began with parents who wanted to help their autistic children navigate everyday life, especially in developing social skills. They saw that by removing barriers, curiosity flourishes and communication grows.
In line with the UN, we believe awareness must be paired with action. We are honoured to support professionals working in care environments by providing tools that turn daily routines into meaningful moments. Whether it’s through sensory exploration or shared group activities, our goal is to replace passivity with active participation.
When we remove barriers, we don't just provide an activity; we uphold the dignity and equal rights of every individual. 💜

Technology can enhance inclusion and engagement in the lives of care home residents. VilMer Norge, our partner in Norway, shares insights from a local care home.
"We find that residents surprise us by mastering activities and demonstrating skills that we wouldn't have noticed otherwise," says Anne-Hilde Seigerud, nurse and manager at Fagertun Trygt og Trivelig.
At Fagertun, Yetitablet has seamlessly integrated into daily life. The device is used for brain exercises, games, music, and various content that fosters engagement, allowing for both group interactions and individual activities.
"We purchased Yetitablet because we recognised the need for new activities. The content is very user-friendly, and even residents over 90 years old use it regularly and enjoy it very much."
When technology serves as a tool for engagement and activity, it opens the door to new experiences, both collectively and individually.
