Enat Bank, Mercy Corps, and taskmoby signed a memorandum of understanding to work together in strategic partnership.
The LIWAY Project is working to improve the income of 200,000 low-income women and youth by creating job opportunities for them in the marketplace.
According to a recent study, over 78% of domestic workers list financial guarantor as one of the biggest bottlenecks for employment. Enat Bank, LIWAY and taskmoby have started piloting a financial service that will address this challenge - with 300 domestic workers and with a possibility of impacting millions of domestic workers across Ethiopia after the pilot project.
