A mixed use building with 3B+G+M+13 complex, commercial spaces, Cafe restaurants, spa, cinema and office space located in the major road and expansion of the city.
This 950 million birr Hospital project (3B+G+12) is designed and supervised by our company Virtual consulting Plc, a Chinese construction company and AFI holding Ethiopia branch (Chinese company) owner, it was completed in just 13 months, myself and my staff were very impressed by the construction progress the company has made, we have witnessed in our experience how a small project with very little complexity are taking lengthy time, exposing the contractor and the client to unnecessary cost and time.
