PAD was established with the main objective of Empowering marginalized (hard to reach) communities for Sustainable Development. Our operations are throughout Ethiopia with head office in Addis Ababa and branch office at Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, Harar, Bahir Dar, & Sekota
