Startupaddis is a blog developed from a personal inspiration from worldwide technology start-up companies.The world has been dynamically changed by the convergence often major political events, innovations, and companies. None of it has rested since, or maybe ever will again. We wonder how this technology and innovation can be transferred to developing countries such as Ethiopia. My main objective
is to create understanding on the true magnitude of change under way in the global economy by these innovative companies, so that we can capitalize on the opportunities created and develop fertile ground for entrepreneurs. This is an initiative to create the American and Israel effect of creating successful world class start up companies. We ask, how can a country like Ethiopia promote entrepreneurial environment and re-create the success and re-boot its economy? It is a campaign aimed at creating awareness on the value of startups. It is aimed to inspire, educate, and help entrepreneurs. Please share your ideas with us and help launch new startups in every corner. We believe creating a startup culture is the only way to help boost the economy and change peoples through creating jobs and opportunities. Finally, while challenges exist in Ethiopia for the industry the low cost of living and the additional benefits of targeting the global market from a local perspective makes it a great candidate to become a StartUp Nation.
