በኢፌዲሪ ባህልና ስፖርት ሚኒስቴር፣ በውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር እና ተባባሪ አካላት ከሰኔ 7 እስከ 12/2014 ዓ.ም ‹‹ጥበባትና ባህል ለቀጠናዊ ትስስር!›› በሚል መሪ ቃል በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ለሚካሄደው የምስራቅ አፍሪካ የጥበባትና ባህል ፌስቲቫል ላይ ከሚሳተፉ ሀገራት አምባሳደሮች ጋር በፌስቲቫሉ ዝግጅት ዙሪያ ከባህልና ስፖርት ሚኒስቴር ሚኒስትር ክቡር አቶ ቀጄላ መርዳሳ ጋር ተወያይተዋል፡፡
ክቡር ሚኒስትሩ አቶ ቀጄላ መርዳሳ፡- የጥበባትና ባህል ፌስቲቫሉ ለምስራቅ አፍሪካ ሀገራት የሕዝብ ለሕዝብ ትስስር ለመፍጠር እና የባህል ዲፕሎማሲን ለማሳለጥ ከፍተኛ አስተዋፅኦ እንዳለው ጠቅሰው ፌስቲቫሉ በዐውደ ጥናት፣ በዐውደ ርዕይ እና በልዩ ልዩ ባህላዊ ሁነቶች እንደሚከናወን ገልፀዋል፡፡››
በውይይቱ የተሳተፉት አምባሳደሮችም ፌስቲቫሉ የሀገራትን ጥበብና ባህል ለማስተዋወቅ እና ቀጠናዊ ገፅታን ለመገንባት ስለሚጠቅም ወቅታዊ መረጃዎችን በመለዋወጥ አስፈላጊውን ተሳትፎ እናደርጋለን ብለዋል፡፡
በመጨረሻም ክቡር ሚንስትሩ ውይይቱን ሲያጠቃልሉ ከዚህ ቀደም ከሀገራቱ ተወካዮች ጋር የተለያዩ የውይይት መድረኮች እንደነበር ገልፀው ዛሬ እንድንገናኝ ያስፈለገበት መሰረታዊ ጉዳይ ሀገራቱ ሁኑቱን አስመልክቶ በተለይም ተሳታፊ ልዑካ ቡድኖች እንዲገኙ ከማድረግ አንፃር ስራው ምን ደረጃ ላይ እንደደረሰ ማወቅ በቀጣይ ለምናካሂደው ሁነት ወሳኝ መሆኑን ገልፀዋል፡፡

About the Event
EMA has been conducting the Annual Medical Conference and International Health Exhibition since its establishment. The association is currently preparing to conduct its 60th Annual Medical conference and
International Health Exhibition (AMC and IHE) from February 22 to 24, 2024 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The conference and exhibition will be attended by more than 1500 international and local attendants where it creates an opportunity to disseminate new advances in medical technology and medical and health research.
New programs in the field of health and medicine will be presented at the conference and also creates a platform for international and local drug and medical device manufactures to promote their products for the right audience.
