**Job Description:**

Extol Cimmerce is seeking a qualified and experienced Tender Manager to join our team in Addis Ababa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, ensuring the successful and timely submission of bids and proposals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the end-to-end tender process, from identifying opportunities to submission and post-tender negotiations.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to gather necessary information and resources for tender submissions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Review tender documents, contracts, and other relevant materials to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality, winning tender submissions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to enhance the company's tender strategy.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management, preferably in supplying goods to govermental and non- govermetal offices.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully securing and managing tenders.
- Strong understanding of tender processes, contract management, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both in the office and off-site as required.
