El diagnóstico y el sentimiento de culpa. 🌹

🌪️En ocasiones, junto al diagnóstico surge un torbellino de emociones que muchas veces no sabemos cómo gestionar.

Miedo a lo que vendrá, tristeza por lo que se pierde, rabia por lo injusto… y, aunque cueste reconocerlo, también culpa por haber enfermado.

💔La culpa puede aparecer de muchas formas: por sentir que fallamos a quienes queremos, por pensar que hicimos algo “mal” o por no poder seguir como antes.

🤐Es un peso silencioso del que casi no se habla, pero que acompaña a muchas personas.

The diagnosis and the feeling of guilt. 🌹

🌪️Sometimes, along with the diagnosis comes a whirlwind of emotions that we often don’t know how to manage.

Fear of what’s to come, sadness for what is lost, anger at the injustice… and, though it’s hard to admit, also guilt for having gotten sick.

💔Guilt can show up in many ways: for feeling like we’ve failed those we love, for thinking we did something “wrong,” or for not being able to carry on as before.

🤐It’s a silent weight that is rarely spoken about, but that accompanies many people.
