During the release of my first album there were other plans that had to be indefinitely postponed, with no signs of change in sight.

I remember how this feeling was surreal. Getting ready for something and having to stay trapped in this sick time in the gloomiest winter ever in Berlin.

At the time there was always the feeling that it was going to be just a couple weeks more of lockdown, then another couple weeks more. And so on.

A bunch of expats and myself fell in this sort of dream state where we are far from home, and things got increasingly bizarre. Week after week of isolation made us meet in houses at night or going nowhere in long walks and train trips because there was nothing else to do.

In a way it was beautiful experience to have. And it was also coincidentally fitting the underlying theme in the album I had just released.

So I called my dear friends, and , to make a film about those days.
Out of that idea came this film.

It took time to make it public because it went through film festivals where it couldn’t be shared openly.

But now, with new music coming, it feels like the right moment to release it.

Thank to those supporting me and asking for more music.

Year of changes, retreating into the cave finishing music, enjoying summer, most special Autumn. Not to forget the tragic flooding in my hometown area.

A little music update for the coming year:

- Full In Roam EP coming early 2025.
- My second Al Pagoda album is in mixing phase and will come out this year.
- Building the band in Berlin to bring the show live. Hopefully no pandemic with this album release.
