Highly energetic Ashtanga practitioner with a Yin mind and 15 years of practice. Temy was introduced to Yoga & Meditation at age of 14 by her mom that integrated the healing powers of the practice as the most organic and natural way to heal her Scoliosis. Her personal Yoga practice and teaching are inspired by the healing powers she acquainted when treating Scoliosis and continued as a way of sharing the holistic Yoga approach in order to attain deeper physical, mental and spiritual mindfulness.

September is a month of change.
Join us as we change from Summer to Autumn. From warmer to colder. As the change happens, it's necessary to adjust our practice from more energetic to relaxed and calmer. The energy in our bodies begins to move and warm us as the colder days approach.
