For the cold months in winter we installed a under floor heating in the entire house and to not die of heat in the summer you can turn on the air condition. The Surfers Residence has the perfect location. It’s in the heart of the old town but still in a quiet part. There a numerous restaurants, bars and small corner shops for the daily needs just at your doorstep. In a two-minute walk you reach the sea and the port; the national park Del Estrecho is only around the corner. As a short résumé you could say – everything the heart desires you find in the residence or is just a stone’s throw away. Entering the Residence you’ll find yourself in a nicely illuminated and beautiful foyer, in Spanish they call it patio, and from here you can access the shop, the studios and the stairwell. The house consists of the shop and three studios on the ground floor; one big living quarter with five double bedrooms and a common living room on the first floor; and on the second floor you can find a common kitchen and an enormous rooftop terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped inclusive microwave, oven, dishwasher, smoothie-maker etc. Our rooftop terrace tempts to spend some time – no matter if for sports, for sunbathing and relaxing or as well as for joint barbecue nights or cooking events – there will be something for everybody and also enough space for everything.
