Hace unos meses conocí esta nueva disciplina HYROX, una combinación de ejercicios de fuerza, potencia, combinados con series de running.
Entrenamiento fantástico de alta intensidad que te ayuda a entrenar la explosividad, potencia, movilidad y resistencia tanto del tren inferior como superior y core
