The Gastronomy students currently in Florence are enjoying a valuable Erasmus experience while carrying out their professional internships in various hospitality and gastronomic establishments across the city. During their stay, they have the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge acquired during their studies, learn new culinary techniques, and work in an international environment, which contributes to both their professional and personal development.
