STOP Residencial Rasa

This is the another victim of Residencial Rasa. She stayed at this dirty residence last semester(2015) and did not get her deposit back. ! Dear.... Thanks for sharing your story with us and good luck.

Staff
The staff is incompetent, does not understand nor speak English. Even the most basic of request seems far beyond their capabilities.

Kitchen
The kitchen is open from 9:00- 21:00 o'clock. There are only three DIRTY electric hot plates with two electric heating elements. Even more remarkably, there is no oven in this dirty kitchen. That is the reason why they do not have pictures of the kitchen on their website.

Rooms
The rooms are okay. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, literately EVERYTHING LOL!!!

WIFI
While connected to Wi-Fi (with a strong signal) you get dropped from the internet every 10-15 minutes. After complaining at the staff, they told us that it most likely problem from the provider. (Five months)

Bathroom
Our bathrooms was clogged several times; there was water everywhere in our rooms. (See the video on this page)

Deposit
To date, (after two months) we are still waiting to get our deposit (€300) back. They told us that our room was okay and that they would wire it within two weeks to our bank account.

We would not let our worst enemy stay at this residence and would advise all other exchanges students to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
