Sensations of anxiety and depression came into my mind and body...

An overwhelming feeling of losing control and this leading to absolute disaster.

I’ve been here before. I know how to understand what this means now.

My state is my choice.

I have the power to change how I feel in a second.

I know how to get out of my head and “get high on my own supply”.
