My Movember Update:

Globally, the rate of su***de is alarmingly high, particularly in men.
Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

So this Movember i have been raising awareness and starting conversations by growing the tache and running 60km to represent the 60 men who take their lives every hour. I completed this today and I am close to my target of raising €100 for the Movember charities.
The money is important so if you would like to donate, then the link is in my bio - but it’s not the most important thing - raising awareness and having conversations is the main reason to grow the tache and raise the money.

Thank you to those who have supported, donated and talked this month about Men’s Health and particularly mental health and su***de prevention.
