La PINSA es un producto de orígen muy antiguo que ha vuelto a estar de moda en el último período no sólo en Roma, sino en todo el territorio italiano.🇮🇹

Tiene forma ovalada o rectangular y para la preparación de la masa se utiliza un mix de harinas de trigo, soja y arroz. 😲

En comparación con la pizza, requiere de una cantidad diferente de agua y un menor porcentaje de levadura.😌

El resultado es excepcional, una masa crujiente por fuera y con una miga suave por dentro.🤤

También la manera de trabajarla es completamente diferente a la de la pizza tradicional porque la masa tiene que reposar más tiempo y por ello es mucho más digestible.😊

Además la masa tiene menos carbohidratos y grasas.😋
