Today’s 40s 50s 60s look younger compared to the past. Why? For me, the main reason is exercise. Regular physical activity keeps muscle, skin and cardiovascular systems biologically younger. Exercise is a key factor that can contribute to a more youthful appearance even when you get older. I will be talking about this 😉 I’m 51 btw🤸🏻♀️
