In the first visit (40mins) your aims and expectations are discussed and any anthropometric assessments you wish to have taken are done. At the end of this visit you will also be asked to start your 3 day food diary. After assessing your food diary and preferences a tailor made eating plan is produced for you. At the second home visit (1 hour) you will be talked through this plan and the foods that have been suggested for you and why. Any questions or concerns you have over the suggested foods can also be addressed during this time. Follow up; 4-6weeks later
After starting your advised eating plan many people find it helpful to have a follow up consult between 4-6 weeks later. During this visit any struggles you have been having can be discussed and your anthropometric measurements may be checked again to track your progress. This visit is priced at €35 euro and lasts approximately 30mins.
