As you already know we made some changes in our concept. We always wanted you to have as many options as possible so you could practice the intuitive eating by listening to your body in your food combinations. We tried our best and we hope that you will like it! ⠀
Our tomorrow’s workshop will be about our new salad dressings. You will learn lots of variations of different healthy sauces such as our perfect creation “ Vegan Caesar”, hormone balancing “Tahini-Tamari”, multi functional “Pesto-Balsamic” and “Asian sauce” ⠀
We will share with you our secret ingredients!⠀

Don’t forget that we make a brunch tomorrow, so you can bring your loved ones to our place. 🥂It’s time to get all family together to share some happy moments and a good meal. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦⠀
We will make “Cooking show” 👨🏻‍🍳where you can participate as well. Our chef will make a gluten free pancakes 🥞 and we have already prepared some healthy toppings that you can chose: chocolate, gummy bears, ice cream and condensed coconut milk. All ingredients are organic! ⠀
