• Build and maintain muscle (even when cutting)
• Stay full and reduce cravings
• Burn more calories through digestion (higher thermic effect)

Aim for 1g of protein per pound of body weight daily.
Simple. Effective. Overlooked by most.

Prioritize protein and watch everything else fall into place.
