How Treatment Works at Doctor Blum’s Center in Spain
✅ Remote Initial Consultation. At this stage, we review all previous examinations, treatments, current complaints, and the individual health characteristics of the patient, including their lifestyle and profession. This is necessary to determine the duration of the treatment and rehabilitation course.
✅ In-Person Consultation at Doctor Blum’s Center. Biomechanical testing, detailed examination, identification of all weak links in the body, and prioritization of problems based on their significance. Development of an individualized program considering both online consultations and in-person sessions.
✅ Creation of a Personalized Rehabilitation Program. The program takes into account the individual’s age, overall psychological and physiological condition, chronic illnesses, and previous treatment methods. The duration of the course depends on many factors, the main ones being the chronicity and severity of the condition, as well as the volume of surgical and pharmacological treatment.
✅ Preparation of a Personal Instructor and a range of Rehabilitation Modules to implement the individual program.
✅ Constant Monitoring of the Patient’s Condition by the Center’s Physician.
To address rehabilitation tasks of varying complexity, we utilize 800 training modules that allow for precise, dosed loading on targeted segments of the musculoskeletal system. The sessions are aimed not only at restoring previous functionality but also at overall health enhancement. Professor Blum’s method includes the technology for initiating powerful blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and cellular renewal in an intensive mode within a short time. If we draw an analogy with a bathhouse, in one hour and a half of training, you will achieve the effect of having been to 1000 baths! During treatment, self-cleansing and self-recovery processes are activated. We engage internal resources that effectively help to cope with any damage and issues in the body. We restore the anatomical, morphological, and functional integrity of all parts of the organism.

We offer you 7 simple steps to health that you can incorporate into your daily life:
1.Strengthen the deep muscles of your back and core. Deep muscles are the framework and foundation of a healthy body.
2.Less physical inactivity, more movement. Walk at least 3 kilometers a day, ideally 5 kilometers.
3.Start running. If you can’t run, walk. See point 2.
4.Perform regular detoxification. The simplest way is to visit a sauna once a week. It rejuvenates both body and spirit.
5.Drink living water. Structure and ionize your drinking water using special devices.
6.Spend at least 2 days a week in nature, in an environmentally clean place.
7.Walk barefoot at home and in nature.
