Twist has been one of my favourite hairstyle since August 9 2020 after discovering wash & go wasn't doing that much for my hair, until 14 December 2021 I decided to start wearing more protective hairstyling

To my surprise my hair started thriving gradually then I added hair tucking & guess what?

My hair routine completely changed from the little I know to double my hair growth 3 times even more

I became less products ju**ie & focused more on my journey + going back to the basis, it didn't stop there at all I wanted more & strived to understand my own hair not what I see because I truly wanted to experience hair knowledge & YAH didn't failed me asking Him for more knowledge & understand

Then I started switching my hair regimen here & there to see what works & what doesn't

I tried few conditioners to see which one works better for my hair

Started focussing on the ingredients too

Changed my diet from too much carbs to more fruits, vegetables & legumes

Eating less meat, chicken 🍗 eggs etc.

August 2022 I started a new journey taking the privilege to add plant based supplements to my daily lifestyle ✨

That was a bonus for my growth

Ladies if your hair still won't grow after trying some of the things mentioned in this post, pls try to see your doctor. Maybe your body is trying to tell you something.

My final conclusion I am not here to tell you exactly what you should do to your hair or what you shouldn't be doing 🙅🏽

I am here to share my own hair experience with you & if you find my tips helpful you're very welcome.🤗

Are you experiencing any of this? that mean your hair need a good trim. If you have tight hair circle which is 8 point aka 4c hair then you will definitely experiencing 'Knots' mostly, but don't be afraid it's normal as your hair is very coils and tight so they tie against each other.
