. LEXSOFT history begins in 2005 when the British Group Tikit, world leader in Legal IT, decided to open a subsidiary based in Madrid. Tikit Spain rapidly becomes the reference among large legal firms for Document Management and Knowledge Management projects. In late 2006 using the knowledge gained in large deployments, Tikit Spain developed best practices for affordable projects oriented to smaller companies. From that moment on, the portfolio of solutions expands very significantly and started doing Business Consultancy on Legal Processes. Always supported on a strong customer orientation which is highly recognizable by the exceptional Support Department, Tikit becomes the consultant of choice of the Spanish Legal IT. Due to its strong expansion and growth, in 2012 Tikit Group is acquired by British Telecom. Finally in 2015, Tikit Spain through a spin off becomes LEXSOFT SYSTEMS. The greatest asset that LEXSOFT has today is a great team of consultants with many years of experience, defining processes, making deployments and giving support to the most complex legal environments found in Spain. Also, LEXSOFT has distribution agreements with leading manufacturers of Legal Technology Solutions in the World having received major international awards, the latest being the "European Partner of the Year 2104" of the multinational iManage.
