Breaded seitan cutlets. Nope, it’s not baking but I still get to do quality control :)
Dry flour
Use chickpea or white or whatever you have. Add spices to flavor as you wish.
Batter
Same for flour
Salt and pepper
Add water with gas.
Process
Dry flour, dip in batter, back in dry flour then in pan.
Dry until browned on both sides
Eat any way you wish.
