Wauuuw! Out in nature again. This route was just to amazing not to share with all you wonderful folk. This time we explored closer to Castell de Castells. These amazing rock faces are home to many types of bird, including Eagles which we saw riding the thermals. 😍 And these caves were spooky!! 😬 Loved every second. 😍

What an amazing hike along the notoriously difficult Sierra Helada! It wasn't to difficult mind as we all made it along the cliffs and down to albir. AND... Couldn't have asked for better weather! Thank you all for joining us! 😍😃☀️ The Costa Blanca. España. 🇪🇸

What a truly magical experience this was. The magical mystery tour of the Costa Blanca. 😂😍 From secluded Moorish Castles to beautiful water falls! The peace and quiet that's to be found in nature can be truly life changing if you want it to be! There is something soul grounding about being in the relative wilderness for a period of time, I went for 6 days and I didn't even see one other walker. No one to speak to and no phone to distract. Just me, the path that's laid Infront, and my thoughts. If you want a healthy mind i think it's your duty to listen to your self. Take time out to embrace nature's calmness and step by step the answers you didn't even think you were looking for become self evident and hey presto, a life changing moment occurs. We are not robots, we need to think, time that can be found in natures expance. A days walking is the best medicine!
