(👇🇪🇸) Learning to love yourself is not an easy task.
There are many internal beliefs and external conditioning patterns that keep self-love from flowing naturally, even though loving ourselves and others is one of the most natural things within us.

Just yesterday, I was talking with my sister about the constant search for love outside of ourselves that so many people experience throughout life. From the idea of “I need someone to love me,” “to understand me,” “to support me,” “to validate me”… without even realizing that many of these external relationships are built around fulfilling a need rather than truly accepting who we are.

When someone loves you for who you truly are — and you do the same for them — love stops being dependency and begins to feel like freedom.

Real love in a relationship is born from self-love. Because when I love and accept myself as I am, I can also love and accept you from a more honest, conscious, and genuine place.

If I truly LOVE MYSELF, I first fill myself with my own love.
And from that fullness, I can share with others the beauty of loving who I am.


Aprender a amarse no es una tarea fácil.
Existen muchas creencias internas y condicionamientos externos que hacen que el amor propio no fluya de manera natural, aunque amarnos a nosotros mismos y al prójimo sea, en realidad, lo más natural de nuestro ser.

Justo ayer hablaba con mi hermana sobre esa constante búsqueda de amor fuera de nosotros mismos que muchos experimentamos durante toda la vida. Desde el “necesito que me amen”, “que me entiendan”, “que me sostengan”, “que me validen”… sin darnos cuenta de que, muchas veces, esas relaciones terminan construyéndose desde la necesidad y no desde la aceptación genuina de quienes realmente somos.

Cuando alguien te ama por quien eres —y tú haces lo mismo— el amor deja de ser dependencia y comienza a convertirse en libertad.

El amor en pareja nace verdaderamente desde el amor propio. Porque cuando yo me amo y me acepto tal como soy, también puedo amarte y aceptarte desde un lugar más honesto, más consciente y más humano.

Si realmente YO ME QUIERO, primero me lleno de mí.Y desde esa plenitud, comparto con otros el placer de amarme.

A veces olvidamos que todo empezó mucho antes de tener un nombre, una marca o un propósito claro.
Empezó aquí.

Dos hermanas.
Dos niñas creciendo juntas, aprendiendo sobre el amor, la vida, las heridas, la aceptación y la transformación.

Hoy, mirando estas fotos, recordamos todo el camino recorrido para crear .wellbeing un espacio nacido desde el corazón, desde nuestras experiencias, nuestro crecimiento personal y el profundo deseo de acompañar a otras personas a reconectar con su voz, su poder personal y su camino desde el alma.

Cada una de nosotras ha puesto aquí su verdad, su luz y también sus aprendizajes más humanos.
Y quizás por eso este proyecto se siente tan real. Tan nuestro.

Este carrusel es una pequeña invitación a conocernos más allá de lo que hacemos.
A conectar con nuestra historia, con nuestra esencia y con el amor que ha sostenido este camino desde la infancia hasta hoy.
