Transform the fire before it burns you instead. 🔥
I didn’t paint this to celebrate violence.
I painted it because I needed somewhere to put what I was feeling about a world where power consumes the vulnerable and calls it natural order.

Lo pinté porque necesitaba un lugar donde plasmar lo que sentía sobre un mundo donde el poder consume a los vulnerables y lo llama orden natural.

The oldest olive trees on earth are in Lebanon and Palestine. 🫒
Some of them are six thousand years old. They survived invasions, plagues, and centuries of everything this land has endured.
Since the war — over 10,800 hectares burned in Lebanon. White phosphorus deliberately dropped on ancient land. Thirty seconds to burn what took a millennia to grow.
56,000 olive trees bulldozed in one town alone.
Fires continuing even after the ceasefire.
They call it collateral damage.
We call it ecocide.
I paint what they’re trying to erase. 🇱🇧🕊️
